Student Life
Our students are constantly looking for different ways to get involved with school life and contribute to both their school and local community – many of them stepping up to positions of responsibility within and beyond the school.
Student leadership can be seen across the school. The responsibilities taken up by students range from being a member of the Student Parliament, being a student learning consultant, peer mentor, librarian, maths ambassador, sports leader, dance leader, digital leader, producing the student newsletter 'Our Voice'.
Many students also participate in the many and varied programme of extracurricular activities ranging from Vex robotics to the annual school musical, chess club, an array of sporting and creative arts clubs and activities.
Throughout the year students are involved in fund raising for a variety of charities. Recently we have supported charities that help with homelessness, child bereavement, childhood cancer and adolescent mental health.
